Oliver Tree shared snippets from his journey in South America shortly before his untimely passing. The tragic incident occurred on June 14 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where Tree, aged 32, lost his life in a helicopter crash.

The fatal accident took the lives of Tree, pilots Alexandre Souza and Charles Marsillac, Brazilian music producer Lucas Brito Chaves, Argentine director and screenwriter Lucas A. Vignale, and YouTuber Gaspi when two helicopters collided in Recreio dos Bandeirantes on a Sunday morning.

Prior to the unfortunate event, the California-based singer had embarked on his South American tour as part of The World’s First World Tour, promoting his latest album, “Love You Madly Hate You Badly.” The extensive tour was planned to encompass over 70 shows across 30 countries, including a mysterious “TBD” performance in Antarctica.

One of Tree’s final Instagram posts, shared on both his and social media personality Iae Break’s accounts, depicted his first experiences in Brazil, captioned in Portuguese as “American for the 1st time in Brazil,” as reported by the Mirror US. The footage captured Tree in a Brazilian football jersey, enjoying various activities in the country, from playing football to getting his signature hairstyle attended to and savoring a steak.

The video montage culminated with Tree celebrating on a football field, holding roses and a trophy, receiving an outpouring of heartfelt tributes from followers in English and Portuguese, expressing shock and sorrow over his sudden passing.

In the aftermath of Tree’s death, Break shared a series of photos on Instagram featuring himself alongside the late artist, both donning Brazilian football shirts while posing on a rooftop. Tree’s Instagram post from a week before his demise hinted at upcoming tour stops in Europe, North America, and Australia, showcasing his collaborations with various South American social media influencers.

Additionally, Tree had recently shared content of his interactions with renowned Japanese video game designer Hideo Kojima, dancing to Michael Jackson’s “Chicago.” The news of Tree’s passing left fans and followers in mourning, reminiscing about his vibrant personality and creative endeavors.
