Heartbreaking details have surfaced following the tragic death of Victoria Hart in Spain. The 33-year-old was brutally stabbed and discovered deceased in her Alhaurín el Grande residence near Malaga on Saturday morning.

Following the incident, her former partner turned himself in at the Alhaurín de la Torre prison on the same day. The ex-couple, who had separated, shared custody of an 11-year-old boy and seven-year-old twin girls. Reports from Malaga Hoy state that the suspect confessed to prison staff, admitting to a grave wrongdoing and mentioning the presence of three children at the crime scene, stating that he had lost control.

Neighbors were alerted around 11:40 am when they heard cries for help from the victim’s home. Upon entering the residence, one neighbor found Victoria lying on the floor surrounded by blood, with a kitchen knife nearby.

According to a neighbor who witnessed the aftermath, the children fled to the communal garden after the incident. Victoria’s son courageously contacted his grandmother to inform her that his father had fatally attacked his mother. Emergency services were promptly called, and Victoria was discovered with fatal neck injuries, later pronounced dead by medical professionals and law enforcement.

Victoria, originally from the West Midlands, had relocated to Spain where she operated her own business as a hairdresser and beautician. Her estranged husband, a resident of Alhaurín el Grande, reportedly had a restraining order preventing contact with her or visiting the family home.

In the wake of the tragedy, tributes poured in for Victoria Hart on social media platforms like Facebook, with friends expressing their grief and condolences. The Alhaurin el Grande Town Council also issued a statement condemning the act of violence, declaring a day of mourning to honor the victim and show solidarity with her family and friends.

The Civil Guard in Malaga confirmed the investigation into the woman’s death, with her ex-partner arrested on suspicion of being the perpetrator.
