During a recent episode filmed at his home, James welcomed TV actors Ralf Little and Will Mellor, who shared a humorous story from their time working together on Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps. The anecdote revolved around Will’s aversion to the prawns James was cooking on a wood fire oven, particularly because they still had their heads on.

Ralf recounted the incident on The Two Pints Podcast, where Will expressed his dissatisfaction with the prawns, calling them overcooked. To Will’s surprise, James nonchalantly replied, “Grow up,” when confronted about the prawns. Despite the light-hearted exchange, both actors praised James as a “great guy” and “top guy.”
