A woman from the UK was taken into custody in Benidorm for allegedly strangling her British friend to death using a vacuum cleaner cord during a dispute. The incident occurred in an apartment in Benidorm’s ‘Little England’ area, with a friend of the two women, both in their 60s, calling emergency services around midnight for assistance.

Upon arrival, the police found the victim already deceased with the cord still around her neck. The suspected perpetrator, aged 64, reportedly confessed to the crime after being apprehended at the scene.
