Vogue Williams has shared that she won’t have her children waiting for her on the famous I’m A Celeb bridge when she leaves the show. The Irish podcaster, now part of the ITV reality series, discussed her choice on a recent episode of My Therapist Ghosted Me before heading to Australia.
The 40-year-old, married to former Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, addressed the practice of flying out families of contestants who progress far in the jungle. However, she clarified that this wouldn’t apply to her three young children – Theodore, Gigi, and Otto. She expressed concern about the toll of such a journey on them and hence requested her husband not to bring them.
Instead, Vogue’s kids will stay at their London residence with her mother, Sandra, while she and Spencer pursue their individual projects. Spencer might also be absent due to his Seven in Seven endeavor, finishing in Antarctica just before Vogue’s departure from the show.
Vogue explained that the logistical challenges of traveling from Antarctica to Australia influenced their decision, emphasizing that it was not due to any family discord but rather to ensure clarity. Additionally, she addressed recent marriage rumors, affirming the strength of their relationship and dismissing external speculation.
Meanwhile, Spencer, engaged in a challenge involving seven triathlons on seven continents, expressed missing his wife significantly during their separation, highlighting the impact of not communicating for an extended period.
