A physician has expressed skepticism about the recent medical evaluation report of Donald Trump, stating that it appears overly positive. The 79-year-old president shared that his six-month health assessment at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center last Tuesday indicated that everything was in perfect condition.
The White House took longer than usual to release the examination results, making them public on Friday. Trump’s doctor, US Navy Captain Sean Barbarella, affirmed in a memo on Tuesday that the president remains in outstanding health, highlighting his strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical capabilities.
Jonathan Reiner, a heart specialist who previously treated former Vice President Dick Cheney, raised concerns on social media, suggesting that the delayed release of the president’s medical report may indicate a lack of transparency. Texas vascular surgeon David Shutze also questioned the report, remarking that the findings were exceptionally positive for someone of Trump’s age and suggesting a potentially biased narrative.
