The GFS weather model hints at a potential fourth heatwave, with temperatures possibly reaching 30-31C in western areas next Friday and 29C in Yorkshire. Projections for the following Saturday show highs of 33C in southern England, with Wales and parts of the Midlands possibly hitting 29-32C.

Sunday is expected to be the warmest day, with highs of 35-36C in southern and central England and 33-34C in Wales and northern England. Monday also looks warm, with temperatures possibly reaching 33C in eastern England and 31C in the north-west.

Temperature anomaly maps indicate above-average temperatures for the UK, especially in England and Wales. The GFS model forecasts that 16 English counties could experience temperatures exceeding 35C. The Met Office suggests a cooler day tomorrow with isolated showers, and a return to above-average temperatures next week.

For Sunday, temperatures are forecasted to be near the seasonal norm, with most areas remaining dry. However, patchy rain is possible in the north. The Met Office anticipates temperatures to rise above average once again in the upcoming week.
