An online personality and her boyfriend were found dead after being shot and left on a remote road, sparking an ongoing search for the perpetrator or perpetrators.

Ulissias Marcelli Couto Flores Cardial, also known as Miss Tattoo, a 30-year-old fire performer and social media influencer, was discovered deceased alongside her partner Vinícius Souza de Carvalho, 28.

Authorities are exploring the possibility that the couple may have been forcibly detained before their tragic demise.

The former beauty queen, who had a 13-year-old son, was located on a rural roadside in the Brazilian coastal city of Porto Seguro, just a short distance from Vinícius on July 18.

Law enforcement disclosed that the pair had been shot the day before, with investigators recovering seven used 9mm cartridge cases and two projectiles at the scene.

Ulissias’ mobile phone was confiscated for examination, while her partner’s device was reported missing.

The influencer, with over 20,000 Instagram followers, was renowned for sharing content related to rock music, biking, and animal welfare. She had achieved a local beauty pageant victory in 2021.

Both individuals resided locally and were employed in the event industry. Ulissias was scheduled to participate in an upcoming music festival.

Expressing condolences on social media, Ulissias’ mother penned, “Rest in peace, my dear ones. You have left an indelible mark. Your absence is deeply felt – a truly tragic loss.”

Event organizers lamented, “Today, with great sorrow, we bid farewell to her presence among us. It’s hard to grasp that someone who was on the verge of sharing such a significant moment with us has departed so suddenly.”

As the investigation progresses, no arrests have been made yet.
