“Prince Andrew Set to Vacate Royal Lodge Soon”

Published on

After it was earlier revealed that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor would be forced out of the Royal Lodge, a royal insider has now disclosed the specific date of his impending eviction. The scandal-ridden royal was divested of his royal titles by his elder brother, King Charles, and relinquished his 75-year lease on the 30-room Windsor estate in October the previous year due to his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Following much anticipation from royal enthusiasts on when the ex-prince would depart the deteriorating yet majestic residence he has resided in for over two decades, it has been disclosed that he is set to relocate within a few days. Both Andrew and his former wife, Sarah Ferguson, who has shared the Royal Lodge with him since 2008, are required to vacate the premises before the month concludes, with reports indicating that Sarah is prepared to explore new opportunities.

According to a source cited in Hello! Magazine, “Andrew and Sarah must vacate the property by January 25. She has supported him throughout the years but is now eager to venture into new horizons. She is not planning to move in with him to the new residence at the Sandringham Estate. Although she won’t be residing in Beatrice’s Cotswolds residence, Eugenie’s property in Portugal is being considered as an option.”

The source further commented on their relationship, stating, “Andrew has distanced himself from media and outside news. He has isolated himself. The daughters still maintain contact with him. Sarah remains deeply saddened by the entire situation.”

Recently, substantial removal trucks were observed at the Windsor estate, lingering for several hours before departing. Concurrently, workers were sighted at Andrew’s potential new abode on the Sandringham estate, making arrangements for his arrival.

Speculation suggests that Andrew may be relocating to Marsh Farm on the King’s Norfolk estate, although the property is presently undergoing renovations to ensure it is habitable for Andrew in the upcoming months. Buckingham Palace has not officially confirmed Andrew’s move to Marsh Farm.

Photographs captured Sky technicians at Marsh Farm setting up what is presumed to be Sky Broadband in readiness for Andrew’s residency. Notably, a fenced boundary has been erected around the property to enhance the privacy of the potential new occupant, along with security lighting. As renovations are ongoing at Marsh Farm, it is anticipated that Andrew will reside temporarily before settling at the Norfolk estate around Easter.

In late October 2025, King Charles formally stripped his disgraced brother, Andrew, of his HRH style, prince title, and removed his dukedom from the Peerage Roll due to his “serious lapses” in judgment. This decision followed the release of a posthumous memoir by Andrew’s accuser, Virginia Giuffre, and the unveiling of documents from Epstein’s estate by the US government. It was disclosed that Andrew had corresponded with Epstein in 2011, affirming “we’re in this together,” despite claiming he had severed all ties with the convicted sex offender. Andrew maintains his innocence against all allegations.
