Three tourists were fatally shot near their rental home in Florida, in what authorities suspect was a random attack. The victims were identified as two brothers, Robert Kraft, 70, from Michigan, and Douglas Joseph Kraft, 68, from Ohio, along with their friend James John Puchan, a 68-year-old also from Ohio. The incident occurred after their vehicle broke down in Kissimmee, Florida, close to Disney World.

Law enforcement responded to a shooting report at Indian Point Circle around 12:14 pm on Saturday, finding the three men deceased with gunshot wounds in a yard and requesting additional support. The suspect, Ahmad Jihad Bojeh, 29, was apprehended at his residence an hour after allegedly committing the murders.

According to Osceola County Sheriff Christopher Blackmon, the killings were calculated and unprovoked, with no prior issues or conflicts among the individuals involved. Sheriff Blackmon assured the public that the suspect had been captured, eliminating any immediate danger to the community.

During a search of Bojeh’s home, firearms were discovered, and forensic examinations are underway to determine if they were used in the crime. The victims had reportedly prolonged their stay at the rental property due to car troubles, as another companion had departed the day before.

The reasons for the tourists’ presence in the area and the duration of their stay remain unclear at this time. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the arrest of Bojeh and stated that he faces three counts of murder for the tragic incident.
