Glassdoor has announced the recipients of its Employees’ Choice Awards 2026, determined by feedback from employees themselves.

Claiming the coveted first place is SAP, a software engineering company known for compensating senior-level account executives with salaries ranging from £57,000 to £89,000. The company received accolades for its flexible work hours, generous vacation time, cutting-edge technology, and commitment to work-life balance.

Securing the second spot is Mastercard, recognized for its diverse workforce, exceptional benefits, and promotion of a flexible work culture that allows employees to work from anywhere. Managerial positions at Mastercard come with salaries between £65,000 and £80,000.

Google clinched the third position, offering software engineers salaries between £70,000 and £100,000. Employees commended Google for its competitive pay, innovative technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.
