While in Saudi Arabia, William engaged in a youth football training session to support increased female participation in sports. When asked if Princess Kate accompanied him, he replied that she was not present, leading to some disappointment among the group. William also discussed his support for Aston Villa with the young footballers, sharing a bonding moment with them.

Saudi Arabia has made strides in allowing women to participate in sports, relaxing previous restrictions. During his final day, William explored the scenic Sharaan Nature Reserve and learned about conservation efforts, including plans to reintroduce native wildlife like the Arabian leopard.

Despite being delayed by an extended lunch with Saudi officials, William visited the old town of Alula, drawing a large crowd before departing with intentions to return soon.
