Brenda Edwards, a prominent personality from the show “Loose Women,” has shared a poignant revelation about coping with grief as she reminisced about the passing of her son, Jamal, due to cardiac arrhythmia triggered by recreational drug use four years ago.

Jamal, aged 31 at the time, was an innovative music entrepreneur who established SB.TV, a platform pivotal in launching the careers of renowned UK artists such as Ed Sheeran.

Sadly, Jamal’s demise was not Brenda’s first encounter with profound loss. At the tender age of four, she lost her parents in a tragic car accident during the Christmas season, subsequently being raised by her extended family.

Recalling her life experiences, Brenda expressed, “Everybody came together, and I feel fortunate to be here today despite the circumstances. Losing both my parents taught me that the pain is enduring, and I aim to transform it into a driving force to help others.”

Reflecting on Jamal’s passing, Brenda remarked, “He will forever be 31. It has been an overwhelming three years. Though it sounds like a long time, it feels like yesterday. Losing a child or a parent is never easy, especially when a child precedes the parent.”

Brenda revealed that she still senses Jamal’s presence, which uplifts her spirits and motivates her to persevere. She emphasized Jamal’s philosophy of self-belief, instilling in her the courage to forge ahead.
