According to FBI files, allegations have surfaced claiming that Andrew Mountbatten Windsor witnessed a young girl undergoing electric shock torture at Frogmore Cottage.
The accuser stated that she was tied to a table and subjected to electric shocks by Ghislaine Maxwell, the former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein, along with a group of men present, with Andrew allegedly among them at Frogmore Cottage in the 1990s. Andrew has consistently refuted all accusations leveled against him.
These claims are part of the three million emails, documents, and images disclosed by the US Department of Justice as part of the Epstein Files.
A report from the FBI dated December 7, 2020, mentioned that the accuser recognized Frogmore Cottage after it made headlines in 2018 due to renovations, recalling being taken there for the alleged incident.
Notably, Prince Harry and Meghan resided at Frogmore Cottage from April 2019 to March 2020, although there is no indication that they were aware of the events described by the accuser.
The accuser detailed the alleged incidents involving Maxwell, including being restrained and shocked with electricity, as well as physically assaulted when attempting to escape, resulting in injuries.
Thames Valley Police confirmed they are reviewing multiple claims against Prince Andrew, stating that they are assessing the information provided following the release of the Epstein Files. Additionally, Surrey Police urged individuals with relevant information on non-recent human trafficking and sexual assault allegations to come forward.
Following the release of the Epstein files in December 2025, Surrey Police acknowledged a report involving non-recent human trafficking and sexual assault allegations in Virginia Water, Surrey, between 1994 and 1996, encouraging those with information to report it to the authorities.
Several UK police forces, including the Metropolitan Police, Norfolk Police, Wiltshire Police, Bedfordshire Police, and Essex Police, are reportedly examining evidence pertaining to the Epstein Files.
