Belle has experienced sewage coming up through her shower and toilet in the past, which took weeks to resolve. Despite efforts to address the problem, Belle’s landlord and the neighboring property’s factor are in a dispute over responsibility for fixing the sewage-related issues. The situation has also impacted Linda Kernican, Belle’s neighbor, who describes the situation as “disgusting” and detrimental to her living conditions.
