The family of a social media influencer who tragically passed away in a car accident outside a nightclub in London is struggling to come to terms with the heartbreaking loss. Klaudia Zakrzewska, known as Klaudiaglam on Instagram, was critically injured along with two others in Soho on April 19, with the 32-year-old succumbing to her injuries on April 25.

Gabrielle Carrington, a 29-year-old from Manchester and former X Factor contestant, has been charged with the murder of the victim. Metropolitan Police initially charged her with attempted murder, which was later updated following the influencer’s death.

The victim’s family shared their anguish, revealing how they stood vigil at Klaudia’s hospital bedside as her condition deteriorated. They described the emotional turmoil they are experiencing, noting that Klaudia had been declared brain-dead with failing organs.

Expressing deep sympathy, Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, leading the investigation, extended condolences to Klaudia’s loved ones and urged the public to refrain from speculation and sharing graphic content out of respect for the victim and others affected. Circulating such material could impede the ongoing investigation and potentially bias future legal proceedings.

Carrington appeared in court and was remanded into custody to appear at the Old Bailey on May 19. Klaudia, originally from Poland but residing in Essex, had a significant following on Instagram and was socializing in central London at the time of the incident.

Following the tragedy, a friend of Klaudia penned a heartfelt Instagram post describing the pain and trauma of witnessing the accident, criticizing those who sensationalize the event without understanding the real suffering endured.

In response to the devastating loss, Klaudia’s mother initiated a fundraiser, emphasizing the profound bond shared with her daughter during this challenging time.
