As the royal couple headed to New York, Trump fielded questions in the Oval Office regarding his meeting with the King and Charles’ Congress speech, which subtly criticized the US administration. Trump expressed disappointment in NATO’s response to requests concerning Ukraine and Iran, praising the King’s dedication to his country and suggesting he would have supported the US on Iran.
