Nigel Farage was given ringside tickets valued at over £1,200 to attend the boxing match between Derek Chisora and Deontay Wilder, courtesy of entrepreneur Avi Lasarow, a close associate of Elon Musk’s father. This gift adds to a series of perks Farage has received, including Grand Prix tickets and trips around the globe.

The Reform UK leader, known as “Nine Jobs Nigel” for his various income sources beyond his role as an MP, had previously criticized Prime Minister Keir Starmer for accepting luxury items as gifts. However, Farage was recently seen at a press event with Chisora, riding a tank over Tower Bridge before attending the fight at London’s O2 Arena.

Farage’s relationship with Chisora, built over nearly a decade, led to his attendance at the match, where Wilder emerged victorious in what was speculated to be Chisora’s final professional bout. The tickets were disclosed in the Register of Interests, showing Lasarow as the donor, who is noted for his business ventures in genetic testing and health screening.

Additionally, Lasarow also provided VIP tickets to another political figure, Suella Braverman, who attended the event with her husband. The gift was not explicitly mentioned by Braverman on social media, where she praised the fighters for their performance.

Farage’s recent freebies have raised eyebrows, especially after revelations of a £5 million gift from Christopher Harborne, which was intended for personal security. This undisclosed donation has sparked controversy, with accusations from both Labour and the Conservatives regarding Farage’s financial transparency.

Harborne, a prominent British investor residing in Thailand, has been a significant donor to Reform UK, contributing a substantial sum. Farage’s acceptance of such gifts has drawn scrutiny, particularly given his previous criticism of political figures receiving expensive presents. Lasarow and Reform UK have been approached for comments on these matters.
