Former Atomic Kitten member Kerry Katona, aged 45, has shared that she is anticipating challenges despite feeling happy in her blended family setup with partner Paolo Margaglione, aged 34.

During a conversation with BBC personality Dilly Carter on the Sort Your Life Out Unpacked podcast, Kerry confessed that although her household can get chaotic with Paolo’s daughters joining her own kids, she wouldn’t want it any other way.

Kerry is a mother to daughters Molly and Lilly from her first marriage to Brian McFadden, Heidi and Max from her past relationship with Mark Croft, and DJ from her late husband George Kay. Paolo also has two daughters from a previous relationship.

Describing the lively atmosphere in her home, Kerry mentioned the challenges of managing young children, stating that she prefers a clean environment and often finds herself tidying up after the little ones.

Despite the chaos, Kerry expressed her delight in the situation, even joking about adding more children to the mix. She also acknowledged feeling more settled in her current relationship with Paolo and described their home as filled with love.

However, Kerry admitted to still harboring fears of something going wrong, even when everything seems to be going well. She expressed her uncertainty, waiting for a potential setback, despite the overwhelming support she has been receiving.

Kerry and Paolo, who met on the show Celebs Go Dating last year, are preparing to mark their one-year anniversary with a trip to Chester Races. Kerry emphasized that their relationship, though seemingly swift, has required effort behind the scenes, stressing the importance of dedication and hard work in maintaining their bond.
