In less than two weeks, the spotlight will be on a racecourse in Liverpool as Aintree welcomes the Grand National Festival once again. The 2026 edition of this prestigious event will take place from Thursday, April 9 to Saturday, April 11, offering a thrilling experience for racing enthusiasts who can still secure their tickets.

During the three-day festival, attendees can enjoy live music, a wide selection of food and drinks, and witness 21 exhilarating races, including the renowned Steeple Chase. For those interested in indulging themselves, various VIP and hospitality packages are available, providing complimentary food, beverages, and exceptional views of the racecourse.

Tickets for the Grand National Festival can be purchased through Seat Unique and The Jockey Club, with some options already sold out. However, there are still opportunities to attend each day of the festival, including Opening Day, Ladies Day, and Grand National Day.

Here is a breakdown of the VIP and hospitality Grand National tickets:

Seat Unique offers a range of VIP and hospitality tickets for the first two days of the Grand National. Prices start at £249 for the McCoys package, which includes entry to the Earl of Derby Terrace and a chef’s al fresco dining experience.

Guests can also enjoy a complimentary McCoy’s cocktail, a free racecard, and a relaxed dining area. The Golden Miller Restaurant tickets start from £499, providing access to the Earl of Derby grandstand or a private balcony with panoramic views of the course.

Additionally, Seat Unique offers a variety of VIP and hospitality ticket options for the first two days of the Grand National. These packages include the opportunity to observe the horses and jockeys in the Parade Ring before enjoying a four-course meal and a complimentary bar. Tickets cover cream tea, a racecard, and car parking, with tables shared between 10 to 12 guests.

For a more premium experience, guests can opt for the Many Clouds package at £598.80, offering ‘prime’ viewing of the Grand National start-line and access to a private balcony. The Sunloch Club ticket, starting from £699, provides ‘premier’ entry to the Lord Sefton Grandstand with a lively restaurant and outstanding views of the course.

The Papillon Diamond Marque ticket, priced at £719, grants entry to the Jockey Club restaurant and Earl of Derby Grandstand, offering a sophisticated atmosphere with a tipster, four-course lunch, and a complimentary bar. For the ultimate dining experience, tickets begin at £749 for The Art School at Aintree, where guests can enjoy a six-course tasting menu paired with fine wines while overlooking the Parade Ring.

Although Seat Unique currently does not offer tickets for Grand National Day, various options are still available directly through The Jockey Club, with some already sold out. These options range from the £970 Silver Birch Garden Party Package to the £1,380 Longma experience, which features a six-course Pan-Asian dining experience and access to the Hospitality Pavilion, a private balcony, an inclusive bar, and VIP car parking with a chauffeur.

The Jockey Club serves as the primary official outlet for general admission tickets, with prices starting from £33.50 for entry to the Festival Zone. While many ticket options are already sold out, tickets can still be secured for The Embankment at £44.10 or the Princess Royal Seats and Gallery at £140, offering premium views near the Finishing Post, access to the Parade Ring, Winners’ Enclosure, and the Red Rum Garden.

Resale platforms like Stubhub list West Tip Seat tickets for £60, below face value, with prices potentially fluctuating closer to the festival as ticket owners seek to sell them. Fans can also explore Viagogo and Vivid Seats for resale tickets, but it’s essential to confirm the ticket terms and conditions, as some event promoters prohibit resale of tickets after initial purchase.

Fans acquiring tickets through resale websites are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions to prevent any issues at the event. Viagogo assures fans that it operates as a regulated marketplace where buyers are guaranteed.

The Grand National 2026 event will span three days from Thursday, April 9 to Saturday, April 11, with gates opening at specific times each day. The highlight, the Grand National Handicap Steeple Chase, is scheduled to kick off at 4pm on Saturday.
