The captain of the English team had the infrared spa incorporated into the bedroom of his recently acquired property in the Home Counties. The luxurious bedroom suite also boasts separate dressing rooms for the 32-year-old Bayern Munich striker and his wife, Kate, aged 33.

Renowned athletes such as Ronaldo and Harry are increasingly opting to have saunas and spas installed in their residences. These amenities aid in muscle recovery, pain relief, and detoxification.

In contrast to traditional saunas that warm the air, infrared saunas utilize light waves to directly heat the body at lower, more comfortable temperatures. Typically set between 46-65°C, they are ideal for post-workout recovery sessions.

Builders have just completed the final details on the Surrey home of the Three Lions icon. The property features a lift connecting the basement to the top floor, along with a swimming pool, bar area, treatment room, and gym located underground. Additionally, the Bayern Munich star, whose contract with the German club expires next year, included a golf simulator and a ‘glam room’ adjacent to the dressing rooms for him and his wife. The striker invested £6 million in a property on the site, which he tore down to construct a neo-Georgian residence.
