Instagram personality Klaudia Zakrzewska, famously known as Klaudiaglam, has sadly passed away after a car accident outside a nightclub in Soho. The model and influencer was critically injured, along with two other pedestrians, during the early hours of Sunday morning.
X Factor contestant Gabrielle Carrington, 29, from Manchester, faced charges of attempting to murder Klaudia after an altercation outside the club. Carrington, who participated in the X Factor live finals in 2013 as part of Miss Dynamix, was accused of attempted murder, causing serious bodily harm, physical assault, reckless driving, and driving under the influence.
Following Klaudia’s tragic death, the attempted murder charge against Carrington will be changed to murder, as confirmed by the Metropolitan Police. Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, leading the investigation, expressed condolences to Klaudia’s loved ones and urged the public to avoid spreading speculative information or graphic content related to the incident.
Klaudia, a social media figure in her thirties with a significant following on Instagram, was at Inca nightclub before the accident that claimed her life. Distressing videos on social platforms captured the moment she was trapped under the vehicle, prompting bystanders to assist her.
In the aftermath, a close friend shared emotional sentiments on social media, lamenting the loss and highlighting the anguish of witnessing the tragic event unfold. The court proceedings revealed that Anoush Chyche, a security worker in his 50s, suffered severe injuries, while Latisha Armstrong, in her 30s, received treatment for minor wrist injuries.
Court documents indicated that Carrington was over the legal alcohol limit at the time of the incident. District Judge Nina Tempia ordered her to remain in custody during the legal proceedings.
