A man and a woman have been apprehended after law enforcement officers visited a residence in Lincolnshire, resulting in two young children being transported to a medical facility.

The Lincolnshire Police disclosed that they responded to a property in Dennis Estate, Kirton, on Wednesday due to concerns regarding the welfare of two minors. The children were admitted to the hospital for medical attention and are currently under care.

The individuals in question, a 23-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man, were taken into custody on suspicion of neglect. They have since been released on bail pending further investigation.
