Police have unveiled photos of a man sought in connection with a sexual assault incident on a train platform. The victim, despite her repeated pleas for him to desist, was accosted by a stranger at a London Underground platform. The suspect initially walked away but later returned to the victim at Eastcote London Underground station around 6 pm on January 12. British Transport Police have released CCTV footage related to the event.
Authorities are appealing to the public for any information on the unidentified man or his whereabouts. A police spokesperson mentioned, “Detectives probing a sexual assault at Eastcote London Underground station have published these images for assistance. The incident occurred when a woman was sexually assaulted by an unknown individual on the station platform at approximately 6 pm on January 12. Despite her requests, the man left only to come back.”
The detectives believe the individual depicted in the images could provide vital information for their inquiry.
