Police in Staffordshire are seeking witnesses following the tragic death of a seven-year-old boy in a car accident on the A38 in Swinfen near Lichfield. The incident, involving a blue Vauxhall Mokka and the child, occurred around 5 am on a Saturday.

Staffordshire Police confirmed the local boy’s death at the scene and disclosed that specialized officers are providing support to the family during the ongoing investigation. Sergeant Chris Sweetmore from Staffordshire Constabulary urged witnesses who were in the vicinity of the A38 at Swinfen around 5 am to come forward with any information.
