In a remarkable turn of events, rescuers have successfully saved four individuals who were trapped in a flooded cave in Laos ten days ago. The group, consisting of seven gold hunters, found themselves stuck in a confined underground space after a sudden rush of water triggered a landslide that blocked their exit.
Thai rescue teams managed to extract the first missing person from the cave on Friday, and within less than 24 hours, they were able to bring out four more individuals, as reported by The Sun. The rescued individuals are now receiving medical attention for health assessments, while efforts are ongoing to locate the remaining two missing persons.
