Terrified children at Kingsbury High School in Brent, northwest London, cried out for help as two pupils were reportedly stabbed, leading to a chaotic scene with students banging on windows in distress. The incident involved a 13-year-old student allegedly attacking classmates, leaving two victims, aged 12 and 13, in serious condition in the hospital.

The attack, which occurred around 12:40 pm, resulted in one victim being stabbed in the neck and another in the midriff. Witnesses described the harrowing moments when the alleged attacker entered a classroom armed with a weapon, prompting frantic efforts by students to seek assistance by banging on windows.

Local resident Maeve O’Callaghan-Harrington recounted hearing distraught voices of children calling for their mothers as they left the school premises. Police swiftly responded to the incident, arresting the suspect who had fled the scene and recovering the weapon believed to have been used in the stabbing.

Authorities, including Counter Terrorism Policing London, are actively investigating the incident to determine the motive behind the attack. Metropolitan Police Detective Chief Superintendent Luke Williams emphasized that while the investigation remains ongoing, there is no current indication that the incident is terrorist-related.

The suspect is in police custody, undergoing questioning as part of the ongoing investigation. Law enforcement officials have assured the public that they are not seeking any other individuals linked to the stabbing incident.
