Tana Ramsay, the wife of Gordon Ramsay, has openly expressed her admiration for Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty. Adam, aged 31, recently married Gordon’s daughter Holly at Bath Abbey in December.
Leading up to the wedding, the Ramsays were involved in a public dispute with the family of the Team GB icon, Adam Peaty. Caroline, Adam’s mother, criticized the timing of the ceremony, resulting in her and Adam’s father Mark being excluded from the event. Despite this, Adam has maintained a close relationship with his in-laws and even praised Gordon in his new Netflix series.
Describing his bond with Holly, Adam emotionally stated, “I knew I wanted to marry Hol because she brings me a peace like never before. Her family dynamics, especially with my son George, were pivotal for me.” Gordon, highlighting Adam’s character, referred to him as a “gent” and a “thoroughbred,” emphasizing his grounded nature.
Tana, in an interview with Closer, commended Adam for his kindness, genuineness, and the way he makes Holly feel, stating that these qualities are invaluable.
In a previous report by Mirror, it was mentioned that Adam’s family did not want to be featured in the Being Gordon Ramsay documentary series, although Caroline briefly appears in a scene with Holly. Gordon expressed his desire to reconcile with Adam’s family and put an end to the ongoing feud.
Tana emphasized the importance of resolving family conflicts, noting that happiness is unattainable amidst feuds. She highlighted the need for civility and the avoidance of negativity in such situations for all parties involved.
