A Tesla driver in Cornwall caused a stir by venturing onto a beach and leaving the car parked there. The situation escalated when the driver responded rudely to locals who confronted him, leading to the vehicle getting stuck in the sand at Tregirls beach in Padstow. Onlookers, including both residents and tourists enjoying the sunny weather, witnessed the bizarre incident unfold.

The white Tesla, which displayed a parking permit from the upscale Barnes area in southwest London, drew attention as it was driven directly onto the beach. Despite attempts to free the car after around four hours, it remained immobile.

A beach visitor from Truro recounted confronting the driver, only to receive a disrespectful response when advising him against parking on the beach. The driver’s confrontational behavior also extended to an elderly lady who requested the car be moved, causing further tension among witnesses.

Efforts to dislodge the vehicle continued into the evening, with the driver seeking help, possibly from a local farmer. The access route used by the driver was significant, as emergency services relied on it for critical situations, such as a recent incident involving a man suffering a cardiac arrest in the sea at Tregirls Beach.

Tragically, the man, a local resident in his 60s, passed away despite efforts to rescue him. The incident highlighted the importance of respecting beach regulations and the potential risks involved in inappropriate parking behavior.
