The Toronto Raptors are set to kick off the upcoming NBA season at their home court for the 14th time in the last 15 years. The NBA unveiled the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season, with the Raptors starting their campaign on October 21 against the Chicago Bulls at Scotiabank Arena. Following this, the team will hit the road to face the Washington Wizards just two days later.
Key home matchups to watch out for include consecutive games against the current champions, the New York Knicks, on November 15 and 17. Additionally, fans can anticipate games against Victor Wembanyama’s San Antonio Spurs on December 10 and Canadian talent Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s Oklahoma City Thunder on March 10.
January will be the busiest month for the Raptors, with a total of 17 games scheduled, including a six-game stretch at home. Throughout the season, the team will have 15 back-to-back games, seven of which won’t require extensive travel.
The NBA has released 80 out of the 82 games for the Raptors, with two matches yet to be determined following the conclusion of the in-season NBA Cup tournament group stage. Despite their historic success, the Raptors will not be featured on the coveted Christmas Day schedule this season. The last time Toronto played on December 25 was in 2019 when they were the reigning NBA champions.
