“Tragic Brighton Deaths Linked to Family History”

Published on

The tragic incident involving the three sisters found deceased on Brighton seafront has revealed a previous family tragedy. It has been disclosed that their mother faced a similar fate, succumbing to drowning in Birmingham at the age of 43. The sisters, identified as Jane Adetoro, 36, Christina Walters, 32, and Rebecca Walters, 31, lost their lives after reportedly being swept away from the shore early last Wednesday morning.

Hailing from Uxbridge, North West London, the women’s relatives indicated they were unaware of the sisters’ trip to Brighton that fateful morning. However, they have since reflected on the possibility that the sisters might have been commemorating their late mother’s memory, who tragically perished by drowning in Birmingham years ago.

Before her disappearance, Janice, the mother of the sisters, had been grappling with stress-related mental health issues. The incident occurred in Birmingham in either 2010 or 2012, with conflicting reports on the exact date. An upcoming inquest into the sisters’ deaths at Brighton coroner’s court is scheduled for May 29, shedding light on new details about their lives. Jane worked as an accountant, Christina had recently graduated from Brunel University, and Rebecca was fondly remembered as the mischievous and jovial one among the siblings.

The investigation into the sisters’ deaths is ongoing, with authorities seeking information to unravel the circumstances surrounding the tragedy. One theory being explored is that the sisters, found fully clothed, might have been paddling when they accidentally slipped off a coastal shelf.

A close relative, Ajike Adetoro, described the sisters as happy and inseparable, dismissing speculations of foul play or criminal involvement. She emphasized the sisters’ wholesome lifestyle, emphasizing that they abstained from alcohol, smoking, clubbing, or social media engagement.

The sisters’ father, Joseph, expressed profound grief over the loss of his daughters, praising their impact on the family and cherishing their memories. He paid heartfelt tributes to each sister, acknowledging their unique qualities and the lasting love they shared.

As the investigation continues under Operation Ledmore, Sussex Police have urged anyone with information about the sisters’ activities in the Madeira Drive area on the night of the incident to come forward. While ruling out third-party involvement or criminal intent, detectives are diligently working to uncover the full truth behind the sisters’ tragic demise.
