Paul, the brother of Caroline Flack, made a poignant revelation just months before his passing. He was discovered unresponsive at his residence in Norwich on June 21 and despite efforts to save him, he passed away at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
An inquiry into the death of the 55-year-old graphic designer is scheduled for October. The initial post-mortem examination revealed that he died from cardiac arrest resulting from hanging.
In November 2025, Paul made his final television appearance where he discussed the loss of his sister to suicide. He featured in the documentary “Caroline Flack: Search for the Truth” alongside his mother Christine and surviving sisters Jody and Elizabeth.
During the documentary, the Flack family gathered to visit a bench dedicated to Caroline. In a touching moment, Christine expressed her desire to reveal the truth about the events leading up to Caroline’s death. Paul reflected on the lack of attention from the media and law enforcement following the tragedy.
Caroline had faced significant scrutiny in December 2019 due to assault charges related to an incident with her then-boyfriend, Lewis Burton. She tragically took her own life on February 15, 2020, amid the legal proceedings at the age of 40.
Paul, who was close to Caroline, shared a heartfelt tribute after her passing, posting a childhood photo of her with a message expressing eternal love.
