During an episode of the Vogue and Amber podcast, she shared her experience, revealing encountering a persistent troll who had been sending derogatory messages since 2023. The troll made cruel remarks, likening her to Donald Trump without providing any context, leaving her appalled.

After tagging beauty editor Triona McCarthy in a post, the troll intensified their attacks on Vogue’s appearance, making disparaging comments about her looks. Vogue, upon identifying the troll on Instagram, opted for a different approach rather than publicly calling them out.

She decided to reach out to mutual acquaintances of the troll to inform them of the situation, expressing her disbelief at the troll’s behavior given their public image with family members. Despite questioning the extent of her reaction, Vogue remained firm in her decision.

In a conversation with Amber, Vogue emphasized the importance of notifying the troll’s family and friends about the online harassment, highlighting the potential impact on their relationships. She also suggested that the troll’s behavior stemmed from inner unhappiness.

This incident is not the first time Vogue has addressed online abuse. In a previous encounter in February, she responded to a social media user who accused her of exploiting men for fame and money, asserting her independence and business acumen.
