An X Factor celebrity and choreographer has undergone a dramatic transformation following an intense cosmetic procedure. Brian Friedman, a former judge on the show back in 2007, shocked fans by sharing a video of his recent treatment.

Friedman, 48, revealed on TikTok that he was undergoing a “build a b**** workshop” while enduring the procedure. In the video, he can be seen wincing in pain and humorously questioning his appearance, stating, “Am I pretty?” He further described feeling discomfort and likened it to having a jellyfish in his mouth.

The choreographer detailed that he was receiving Pro-Fractional Laser Treatment, a laser technique that induces controlled injuries by emitting microscopic beams into the skin. This process stimulates skin regeneration, resulting in tighter and smoother skin.

After showcasing the results of the treatment, Friedman playfully asked viewers if his face resembled a baby’s skin. Additionally, the video marked the reveal of his newly bleached blond hair.

During his time on X Factor as a judge and Creative Director in 2007, Friedman sported a shaved head. He later transitioned to a role behind the scenes after Louis Walsh’s return. Friedman left the show in 2010, briefly working on the American version before returning to the UK edition in 2014.

Before his X Factor stint, Friedman was a renowned choreographer, collaborating with artists like Britney Spears, NSYNC, and Prince. After a hiatus, he returned to the spotlight in 2025, appearing in Lady Gaga’s music video for “Abracadabra.”

In 2021, Friedman spoke about his friendship with Britney Spears, reminiscing about their early years on the road and expressing concerns about her conservatorship.
