Armed police were called to a residential street following a confrontation between two XL Bullies that resulted in a man being bitten. The incident occurred on Milton Grove in Staffordshire around 6:35 pm on Thursday. Staffordshire Police intervened by sedating the dogs involved in the fight and taking them to a secure police kennel. Additionally, two other dogs from the property were also removed.

Authorities launched an investigation into the altercation after receiving a 999 call at the said location. According to Stoke on Trent Live, officers were informed that the XL Bullies were fighting in the front garden of a residence and had bitten a man present at the scene. Consequently, armed officers were dispatched to the site.

The dogs were safely sedated and secured, while the injured man, who sustained non-serious injuries, declined medical attention. The police transferred the other dogs to a kennel for further evaluation. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
