Bobby Davro, a renowned comedian, has revealed his battle with prostate cancer. During an appearance on This Morning, the 67-year-old shared that despite not experiencing any symptoms, he was advised by a friend to undergo a PSA test, which led to his diagnosis.
The former Big Brother star emphasized the importance of regular screenings, especially for men of color who are at higher risk. He urged men to prioritize their health by getting their PSA levels checked and having their prostate examined.
Bobby expressed gratitude for the NHS’s support throughout his diagnosis process, noting that he was relieved to learn from his urologist that his condition was not terminal. He humorously mentioned his experience with erectile dysfunction as one of the few symptoms he had noticed before seeking medical attention.
In addition to his battle with cancer, Bobby also faced a health scare in the past when he suffered a stroke while performing on stage in 2024. Despite the challenges he has encountered, he remains optimistic about the future and looks forward to celebrating many more Christmases.
