Airports throughout Europe have been advised to brace for disruptions in travel today as all flights to and from Belgium are suspended due to a strike by air traffic control unions.
The strike, organized by unions at the Belgian air traffic control agency Skeyes, is scheduled to occur from 2 pm to 9 pm today, effectively halting nearly all flight departures and arrivals at Belgian airports.
