Footage from the incident revealed Shane Richie engaging in a heated exchange at the petrol station, where he was seen using profanity towards the staff after being told not to vape on the premises. Essex Police confirmed the arrest, stating that Shane Roche, 62, from Tadworth, Surrey, was charged with drink driving and is scheduled to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on September 9.
