Sarah Ferguson’s remarks about her daughter, Princess Eugenie, have come to light in newly released documents related to the Epstein files. The documents, part of a trove exceeding three million files disclosed by the US Department of Justice, include email exchanges between Ferguson and the convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.

One email from March 2010 shows Epstein inquiring about a potential trip to New York, to which Ferguson responds, indicating uncertainty and mentioning she is awaiting Eugenie’s return from a weekend getaway. This email coincided with Eugenie’s 20th birthday celebration with her then-boyfriend, now husband, Jack Brooksbank. Additionally, other emails reveal Ferguson’s admiration for Epstein after he praised her in front of Eugenie and her elder daughter, Princess Beatrice.

In a message dated August 3, 2009, Ferguson referred to Epstein as the “brother I have always wished for” and later labeled him a “legend.” Notably, Ferguson’s inclusion in the Epstein files does not imply any wrongdoing on her part.

Furthermore, the documents also contained photographs of Beatrice and Eugenie, apparently sent to Epstein by their father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. The images depict the royal sisters in their early 20s, with Eugenie at 21 and 22, and Beatrice at 23 and 24, during the time the photos were shared in festive emails between 2011 and 2012, following Epstein’s conviction for child prostitution offenses in 2008.

The images, shared as part of greeting cards, showcase the sisters engaging in various activities, including climbing Mont Blanc and participating in a charity bike ride. Ferguson and Andrew are also featured in the photographs, demonstrating a family connection despite the scandal surrounding Epstein.

Andrew has consistently denied any misconduct, while Beatrice and Eugenie have distanced themselves from their parents amid the ongoing controversy.
