“Lost Nuclear Bomb Found in British Columbia Waters”

Published on

A diver in British Columbia made a startling discovery while wrapping up his day exploring the ocean. Initially mistaking it for a UFO, the object turned out to be much more concerning than expected.

Amid escalating global tensions, attention has been drawn to the US military’s history of losing nuclear weapons over the years. Currently, the US has six unaccounted-for nuclear warheads capable of causing widespread destruction in cities.

In 2016, the Canadian navy launched an investigation following a diver’s account of encountering one of the earliest “broken arrow” incidents involving nuclear weapons. The term “broken arrow” is used by the US military to refer to accidents related to nuclear weapons.

The diver, Sean Smyrichinsky, described finding a massive UFO-shaped object resembling a halved bagel with unique bolt features at the bottom of Haida Gwaii, an archipelago off the coast of British Columbia.

After surfacing from the water, Sean was eager to share his discovery with his crew, likening the bolts on the object to basketballs in size. His observation led to speculation that he had stumbled upon a lost nuclear bomb.

Further investigation revealed that the object was a Mark IV bomb, one of the “lost nukes” from a B-36 bomber crash during the Cold War in 1950. The bomb, which went missing over the Pacific Ocean, was initially believed to be a dummy capsule but later confirmed to be a fully intact nuclear weapon.

Despite the US military’s claim that the bomb had been ejected into the ocean, recent revelations have challenged this narrative, suggesting that the nuclear weapon may still be lying at the bottom of the ocean.

Canada’s Department of National Defence expressed interest in examining the object, dispatching a vessel to investigate further. Specialized teams will assess the potential risks posed by the object and determine whether it should be retrieved or left in its current location.
