Furthermore, it called for a reevaluation of educational priorities for white working-class students and a substantial increase in apprenticeship opportunities in their communities.

Headteacher Amy Sparkes emphasized that schools overly prioritize academic achievements and called for a more inclusive education system that meets the diverse needs of all children, particularly those from working-class backgrounds. She questioned the emphasis on passing specific exams as a fundamental requirement for employment, suggesting a need for a more flexible and inclusive educational approach.
