During a routine medical evaluation, doctors identified an early-stage tumor, which Netanyahu chose to keep private due to ongoing tensions with Iran. Netanyahu mentioned that the tumor was discovered after a previous surgery for his prostate, and he has been closely monitored by medical professionals ever since.

Expressing gratitude for the treatment he received, Netanyahu emphasized his proactive approach to addressing health issues promptly. He also stressed the importance of timely information in dealing with potential threats, both personally and at a national level.

The news coincides with Netanyahu’s upcoming visit to the White House for discussions on a peace deal with Iran. Meanwhile, Israel has extended its ceasefire agreement with Lebanon.
